July 1, 2017 - International Commerce Center was designed by the American architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates the architect of record is Wong & Ouyang it stands 1,588 ft. I loved how the buildings illumination changed and at times there was a clock at the top of the building.
Upon completion in 1931, this monumental 34-storey building represented a new generation of skyscrapers. It remained the tallest building in the Commonwealth until 1962. The immense banking hall projects an almost ecclesiastical sense of awe.
