Commerce Towers is a very luxurious building with incredible amenities (24 hour valet, yes please) and amazing views. To purchase a residence here I would need to hit the jackpot, literally.
From Commerce Towers website:
Commerce Towers condominiums offer an elegant alternative to downtown loft living. Our sophisticated, fully finished condominiums provide a stable foundation unparalleled by most homes. With 11- and 18- feet tall ceilings, hardwood floors and sound insulated walls, the units are one of a kind in the 21st century. Unlike many modern "cookie cutter" condominiums, Commerce Towers offers over 50 floor plans, each with unique architectural features and benefits. Tri-level penthouse suites with rooftop terraces are available for custom design.
Make sure to check out the amenities page.
