Your Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce welcomes new member OMNI FINANCIAL of 1389 Entrance Road #C, Leesville, next door to McDonald’s just outside the main gate to Fort Polk .
OMNI was started in 1950 by a former Staff Sergeant, who in 1945 in France was unable to get a loan and decided that one day he’d find a financial way to help those who like him, had no credit experience. OMNI Financial offices are located at major military installations across the US & Europe. Originally the name OMNI meant Only Military Need Inquire. Their slogan is “We love to say yes.”
Locally, OMNI Financial have been in business since January of this year and is open 9am-7pm M-F & on Saturday 10am-4pm. Drop by and say Welcome to your Chamber of Commerce’s newest member.
General Manager Glenda Williams & Customer Care Specialists Leigh Charles & Patricia Bosarge operate this deeply military associated business here in Vernon Parish. A Grand Opening & Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting is being planned in the near future.

The Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and Delaware Valley College, along with major sponsors Wachovia Bank, Independence Blue Cross, and Comcast, presented Succeeding in the New Economy: An Economic Summit on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the Campus of Delaware Valley College in Doylestown. Moderated by very special guest Lynn Doyle, of It’s Your Call with Lynn Doyle, the summit featured a local and regional panel of top business executives. Each member of the panel presented three key strategies for achieving business success in the new economy. Participants in the respective panels were:
