U.S. Army Forces Command held a retirement ceremony, Tues. Sept. 2, 2014, in honor of Col. Daniel E. Williams who retires from the U.S. Army after more than 29 years of dedicated and faithful service to the nation. Williams' last position within the Army was FORSCOM Director of Plans. Williams was a career Army aviator and Apache helicopter pilot. He successfully lead Soldiers at the platoon level through and up to the brigade command level. He deployed multiple times for overseas contingency operations that include Iraq and Afghanistan. Lt. Gen. Patrick J. Donahue II, FORSCOM deputy commanding general, hosted the ceremony held at FORSCOM's Marshall Hall headquarters at Fort Bragg, N.C.

KUWAIT NAVAL BASE, Kuwait--Soldiers from the 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) gathered together aboard the Army Logistical Support Vessel 05, Major General Charles P Gross, to congratulate newly promoted Chief Warrant Officer 4 Lawrence Claflin during a promotion ceremony held here Nov. 22. Claflin is the support operations sea mobility branch chief for the 143d ESC and has served in the Army watercraft field for over 25 years.

Members of Darwin’s 1st Brigade will hold a Transition of Command Parade to farewell Brigadier Mick Ryan ahead of his departure from the Northern Territory; and welcome new Commander, Brigadier Ben James in to the 1st Brigade.

 

Following the parade, members of the 1st Brigade will line the streets around the parade ground to show their respects to Brigadier Ryan.

 

Chief of the Australian Army, Lieutenant General Angus Campbell DSC, AM will travel from Canberra to attend the parade as an official guest. Brigadier Ryan’s family will also attend the parade and be part of the official farewell from 1st Brigade members.

 

After 15 months as Commander of the 1st Brigade, Brigadier Ryan has been selected to take up the role of Director General Training in Sydney; a role which will see him oversee the Australian Army’s training, in particular Army’s major exercise, Exercise Hamel.

Lt. Gen. Rick Lynch., Commander, Installation Management Command, will host a flag uncasing ceremony for the U.S. Army Installation Management Command Oct. 5, 2010 at 10 a.m. in San Antonio, Texas.

 

Dr. Joseph W. Westphal, Under Secretary of the United States Army, will be the guest speaker.

The ceremony represents the presence of the installation management community and the assumption of the command's authority in San Antonio. The installation management community includes the U.S. Army Installation Management Command Headquarters and two major subordinate commands: U.S. Army Environmental Command and the Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command.

 

IMCOM temporarily occupies leased space in northeastern San Antonio until the new IMCOM Headquarters Building on Fort Sam Houston is completed in October 2011.

 

Uncasing the flag exemplifies how IMCOM, headquartered in "Military City USA," is transforming to make Army installations the Army's Home.

 

U.S. Army Installation Management Command Organizational Day Festivities

 

Soldiers, Civilian employees and their Families took a break from their normal, busy work schedules to participate in team building activities and celebrate the recent transition of the IMCOM headquarters to San Antonio, Texas.

I noticed sometimes the location-based commands don't take effect until I unlock the screen. Seems odd. I'd like those things to just go ahead and happen.

On 30 November Capt. S. Kathleen Rogers passed the torch of Headquarters and Support Company command to Capt. Sean Frederick in a ceremony at Monti gym. Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion Commander Lt. Col. Cedric Gaskin oversaw the passing of the Highlander command wishing Rogers well on her future endeavors and welcoming Frederick and his family to the HHBN team.

ROBINSON MANEUVER TRAINING CENTER, N. Little Rock, Ark.:--Command Sgt. Maj. Michael P. Ingram celebrated his retirement ceremony with family and friends on October 27, 2017 at Kordsmeier Readiness Center on Camp Robinson. He served thirty years in a variety of positions, most of which were in the 39th Infantry Brigade Combat Team

IMCOM Commander, Lt. Gen. Michael Ferriter and Command Sgt. Maj. Earl Rice visited the Vicenza Military Community Aug. 14. They visited numerous facilities recognizing exemplary employees and spoke to employees at a Town Hall meeting.

First time mounting the Command Shifters to my Trek 620- I routed the cables out to the front, like bar end cables- they looped out and back in. After a while of playing with it, I figured out how to rotate the cable stop to run the cable under the bar tape.

The Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion conducted an acceptance of responsibility ceremony out on founders' field, May 31, 2022, Fort Carson Colorado. As LTC. Michael Lueckeman gave his thanks to the division and his battalion LTC. Donald Hayfron quickly assumed his position as battalion commander.
