I had a great time drawing all these folks, and now I have a whole new bevy of comedians to check out. (And getting to draw Reggie Watts fulfilled a lifelong fantasy.)

The Comedy Carpet is easily my favourite addition to Blackpool in years. Stunning typography, almost overwhelming.
Joseph Frank "Buster" Keaton (October 4, 1895 – February 1, 1966) was an American comic actor, filmmaker, producer and writer. He was best known for his silent films, in which his trademark was physical comedy with a consistently stoic, deadpan expression, earning him the nickname "The Great Stone Face".
The Improv Coalition's mission is to make others laugh through scripted and improvised skits, real and virtual props, movement, and music. Together, and as individual ensembles, the group often take center stage in the Cat in the Cream Coffeehouse to provide laughs and much-needed breaks, particularly during Commencement/Reunion Weekend and Parents Weekend.

My sister and I went gold panning with her kids over the weekend. At the original site where gold was discovered in California in 1848. You can pan for gold in the river and keep what you find! (We found flakes! And kept them!)
