Hello everybody,
Once again, I would like to say thanks to all those who comment and like my photos. I've finally reached 500 followers! Thank You!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
Another aurorashot from last night - this time with the horizon in the lower part of the image. I still had to include some reflections though.
These colours were used prominently during the country's fight for independence. The blue is designed to represent peace, as well as the sky above the nation and the streams found throughout the country. The colour yellow is a symbol of prosperity and also represents the many wheat fields found throughout the nations.
Inspired by a friend, I tried some ICM on this lovely sunset at Achray on Grand Lake in Algonquin Park.
A pack of Crayola, a glue Gun, An A1 Whiteboard, The wifes Hair dryer and a shilling for the electric meter!
I thought this cactus was appropriate to post this evening, as the colours are so Christmasy : ) Love the tiny flowers - exquisite! Taken at the Calgary Zoo in the Conservatory.
There are no real woods where I live, so I was very happy to spend a weekend at my brother's house near a big forest to get a chance to shoot this.

I love being a creative, it is the spice of (my) life. I cannot imagine 'not' having it...
I used recycled pencils for this image. I cannot resist the, spotted a funky rubber to go with them, made the composition in my head, right there!
So colourful and attractive? The child in me. I still LOVE to write in pencil, it brings out my best handwriting!
