Fight CRC volunteers help place 27,400 blue flags on the National Mall to raise awareness and urge elected officials to prioritize colorectal cancer in Washington, D.C. Gastrointestinal Associates employees wore blue for Dress in Blue Day. Employees paid $5 to wear blue jeans and they sold homemade baked goods to raise a grand total of $350.
Roger was my friend, my mentor, and my boss. He fought a brave fight against colon cancer but lost that fight in early March, 2014. He would ask that each of you please get tested at your first opportunity and give generously to the groups that are looking for a cure.
