"Dum maro dum" means in Hindi "Puff, take a puff", or in the hippie vernacular "Take another toke".
In 1971, a song titled "Dum Maro Dum" from the Bollywood movie "Hare Rama, Hare Krishna" became hugely popular -

The movie featured a group of real hippies in Kathmandu smoking (genuine) hashish, to the strains of the above song.

February 1986 - It seems fitting to head back to Sri Lanka in September of 2006 as it will be over twenty years after my first time there.

This kid was captured just after a ceremony in his school where books and stationery were donated by an organization to all the children in the school.
