By my count, there are 5 vintage tractors in here, along with one used-up golf cart and a possible lawn mower. As I was photographing the saddle (next picture), I said to the farmer, who was sitting nearby, "you got a lot of old tractors in there, it made a great picture." He laughed and said, "that's not all of them!" Evidently old tractors don't die, they just go to this guy's barn.
This shot took a little effort. Initially, the ISO was too high. But I wanted deep depth of field, so I had to keep the f/stop high. So I relied on my new monopod to give me some steadiness, and took the shutter speed down to 1/15th. That got the ISO down to a more manageable 7200. Finally, I passed it through Topaz Photo AI to deal with the noise and sharpening. It kinda came out as I envisioned it.

The hôtel de la Marine (also known as the hôtel du Garde-Meuble) is an historic building located on place de la Concorde in Paris, to the east of rue Royale. It was designed and built between 1757 and 1774 by the architect Ange-Jacques Gabriel, on the newly created square first called Place Louis XV. The identical building to its west, constructed at the same time, now houses the hôtel de Crillon and the Automobile Club of France.
The Hôtel de la Marine was originally the home of the royal Garde-Meuble, the office managing the furnishing of all royal properties. Following the French Revolution it became the Ministry of the French Navy, which occupied it until 2015. It was entirely renovated between 2015 and 2021.
It now displays the restored 18th century apartments of Marc-Antoine Thierry de Ville-d'Avray, the King's Intendant of the Garde-Meuble, as well the salons and chambers later used by the French Navy.
A separate part displays the Al Thani Collection presenting international and inter-cultural works of art from the collection of Sheik Hamad bin Abdullah Al Thani.
I've never done a count, but I suspect the Camellia Collection has been my most-photographed section at the U.S. National Arboretum. There are blossoms every season of the year except summer. They have so many sizes, colors and shapes; it's such a beautiful place to visit.

Saw a few collections of Erasers in Daiso (2 dollar shop), grab it for today's theme.
I was running late so today, so I quickly tried a few settings for the shot.
I placed a pencil to give a comparison of size. I used the wood flakes from sharpening the penciln as debris for the trucks in this shot.

I forgot these ones..
Technically, the one on the right is a rowboat, but my niece in Florida gave it to me to commemorate a canoe trip we took with her when we visited Florida. This was quite a few years ago. An alligator charged our canoe... but dove down at the last minute, leaving us frozen with paddles raised out of the water. Later it was an amusing story!
The little one in the middle is from when we first came up here and paddled up the Thessalon river, which goes from Lake Huron through the town and winds north, but is full of old trees and gets shallow in places. It was a little memento.
The one with animals I got because it says All Creatures Great and Small, and the one in the back is carved but I don't remember where we got it... probably a yard sale.

A big hello from those little ones! I just felt like drawing something very simple and with a determined color palette including my favourite color so lately, that Robin´s egg blue (who doesn´t like that sweet and fresh color?!). Inspired by vintage pots and mugs that I collected from flea markets here in Berlin, the idea of creatures playing around with them came and turned out in what you see. Hope you like them! ♥
