This is not a professional or rare collection… just ones that I found where I have lived or traveled to (Japan and France), or received as gifts, and a few of them have sentimental value only to me, and are otherwise worthless to others. lol
basically top to bottom, and mostly from left to right:
- Some British pence, Mexican pesos, and a Canadian dime.
- US pennies - 1970, 1946, 1928, 1927 D (this is my oldest coin)
- a bunch of different Euros in different amounts from all over… they are all euros of course, but each country that uses euros has it's own version stamped on the back. Here I have some from France, Germany, UK, Neatherlands, and Spain.

- Japanese 青函トンネル (Seikan Tunnel) Commemorative 500yen - Showa 63 (1988)
(this was a gift to me from Belle when we met in person when I visited Japan, thank you so much! This was so exciting for me!)

I think I mentioned everything. I have other coins, but they are mostly more of the same, or not as interesting.

Coffee and cigarettes have always gone together. They are commonly seen as a staple of the artist lifestyle, iggy pop and Tom Waits gave even started in a film attributed to this idea. cups and saucers also demonstrate the theme of coffee. I used a black background to accentuate the colour of coffee and contrast the colour of porcelain.
The hôtel de la Marine (also known as the hôtel du Garde-Meuble) is an historic building located on place de la Concorde in Paris, to the east of rue Royale. It was designed and built between 1757 and 1774 by the architect Ange-Jacques Gabriel, on the newly created square first called Place Louis XV. The identical building to its west, constructed at the same time, now houses the hôtel de Crillon and the Automobile Club of France.
The Hôtel de la Marine was originally the home of the royal Garde-Meuble, the office managing the furnishing of all royal properties. Following the French Revolution it became the Ministry of the French Navy, which occupied it until 2015. It was entirely renovated between 2015 and 2021.
It now displays the restored 18th century apartments of Marc-Antoine Thierry de Ville-d'Avray, the King's Intendant of the Garde-Meuble, as well the salons and chambers later used by the French Navy.
A separate part displays the Al Thani Collection presenting international and inter-cultural works of art from the collection of Sheik Hamad bin Abdullah Al Thani.

The sun was finally getting to grips with the morning mist by the time SBB Cargo locomotives 11262 & 11311 arrived from Oensingen to collect outgoing PW wagons at Hägendorf. Regional Freight 62561 was waiting to continue the journey east to R B Limmattal Yard.

Penny tells me she and Johnny Murder named this Mixed Martial Arts. Even yet STILL more awesome.
She included a privacy option - it snaps closed in case we want to cover the image. I don't think that's going to happen very often. I'm thinking it can be used as an in the mood/not in the mood indicator similar to this, but so much cooler. :)
At the end of 2017 I posted a pic showing my Red Lantern Collection, since then I have gotten a new Atrocitus. Which do you all think is better? I like the big fig more although I can see why some people may possibly like the Minifig more.

In the family barn I've been exploring since I was a kid a collection of bones, presumably cat bones, has been slowly forming over the past few years. We can only assume foxes have to eat too.
Was rearranging my collection on Wednesday, and figured (ha!) I really don't have a big collection for someone who's been in the hobby for 5 years.
Admittedly, I did refrain myself from figure collecting & manga buying after I entered the BJD hobby. （evil dolly surrender!)
I still love buying figures every so often. It's such a great pleasure to see the figure army slowly growing each year. Collecting figures' also the reason my love for photography initiated.

I don't love every pieces of my collection equally, hell, I don't even like some of them any more, but none of the figures that entered my collection had been sold, and I hope it remains that way for a long long time.

The shacks visible in the foreground are probably on Thiseia Street, with the photographer on the first floor of a building on the northernmost stretch of Poseidonos Street -- most likely, 6 Poseidonos Street, which was one of the few nearby with more than one storey. Both these streets connected with Adrianou Street, and both had bridges built to do so in 1890 when the railway line was constructed between Thisseio and Monastiraki.
Note the lamp post, tables and chairs (presumably an informal cafe) and the dwellings in the foreground -- part of the Vryssaki neighbourhood.
