Finally have a good way to store/display them all! They were just sitting on a foldable card table. They were falling every time someone walked by. Now with my new desk they all are happy :)
These were used as favors at a birthday party for two little girls:) The paint palletes were actually not part of this order...i made them for my daughter who loves to paint. but i thought they looked cute with the collection so i included them in the photo:)

A random collection of things atop my grandfather's old dresser. The nests were found in my backyard after a windstorm this past winter.

This is the major part of my Model Muse Collection as of December 2008. About ten dolls were missing as they are still in their boxes.
My current collection of Pentax cameras and lenses.
It took me a total of more than 2 days to take this photo.
I first had to gather all my cameras and lenses from closets, drawers and camera bags.
Immediately tested and cleaned everything.
All cameras work, except for 3 of them where the light meter does not work.
From leftover oak wood I made the stands for the cards and then I wrote all the cards.
Then I made the background and the setup from wooden planks that I had cut earlier today for this.
The three-story north side of Somerset Collection...
Somerset Collection is a massive luxury mall in Troy, Michigan. The mall is a sprawling 1,443,000 square feet and has two sections (north and south). About 90 percent of the tenants in the mall appear to be higher-end, but there are some middle-end stores like just about every other mall has. The mall is currently anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Crate & Barrel, Nordstrom, and Macy's.
The one anchor store that seems odd here is Macy's. It seems a little low-end for this mall; I wonder why they didn't put a Bloomingdale's here instead. I laughed when someone with a lot of money told me they though of Macy's as a discount store. I can see how Macy's would be considered "discount" after walking around this mall....
In 1967, Saks built a Saks Fifth Avenue store on the property. A single story enclosed luxury mall (Somerset Mall) was built attached to the store in 1969. Bonwit Teller was added as an anchor then. Both Bonwit Teller and Saks Fifth Avenue remodeled plus expanded over the years. In 1990, Bonwit Teller went bankrupt and shuttered all of their stores.
In 1992, the mall was reconstructed as a two-story mall and added Neiman Marcus as an anchor store. Neiman Marcus demolished and rebuilt on the site of Bonwit Teller. The new mall was called Somerset Collection. In 1996, a north side to the mall was built on the other side of Big Beaver Road. This other side of the mall is connected to the south side with a moving sidewalk over the road (skywalk). The three story north expansion brought Nordstom and Hudson's (later Marshall Field's, now Macy's) as anchor stores.
The south side of the mall has 524,700 square feet of space and the north side has 918,300 square feet of space. The mall appeared to have around a 100% occupency rate on my visit. The only stores I noticed not open were under construction to be turned into other stores. A couple retailers have more than one location in the mall, Aveda and Starbucks (full Starbucks locations, not kiosks) both have two locations inside the mall. Also, I noticed brands like Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton had full stores in the mall as well as salespaces in other anchor stores (such as Saks Fifth Avenue).
Forbes Company owns this mall. Forbes also bought the former Kmart Headquarters building across the street to block another developer that wanted to build a new shopping center and swipe some stores from Somerset Collection. Nothing appears to be happing with the old Kmart Headquarters building...

I became interested in Pocket knives when I was a Boy Scout during the last century. (Ouch, that sounds so old) I started collecting them some time later. Most of my collection comes from flea markets and estate/garage sales. Although I've recently been purchasing them on line from companies like Kershaw and Teckto. Last count I have 73 knives in my collection, with an Italian Stiletto which is my favorite.
This is a collection of vintage bottles that my future father in law has collected over the years. Aren't they lovely? See more of week 14 of my 365 project on the blog!

Twelve dolls joined my collection in 2022, but only ten of them remain. Most dolls that I added were from the Integrity Toys 2021 Obsession Convention Collection. Only two of my new dolls came directly from IT, two were purchased from a friend who obtained a convention ticket, three were received via trade with friends, and the rest were purchased from an ongoing, local estate sale.
The dolls at the bottom left of the collage, Jazz Baby Barbies and Diamond Dusted Veronique, are no longer in my collection. The Barbies left their outfits behind but have moved on to a friend. Veronique’s neck disintegrated when I removed her head from her old, discolored body. Like the Barbies, I kept her clothing and gave the doll’s head to a friend. I almost didn’t add them to the collage but did anyway.
I am mentioning that dolls left my collection because I am trying to be accountable to myself. My display shelves are not crowded but they are full. I also have dolls that are still in their boxes, so I am trying to carefully consider a doll before I add it. As well, some of the dolls that are always in the back row of the shelves are under consideration for departure.

My favorite is the perfume pretty barbie and the dream glow barbie! but i love the beauty secrets barbie too and the day to night barbie! but, i love too the.. oh my god, no, i love all, haha! who´s your favorite? :)

'Het Amsterdams Automuseum', Zwanenburg was a classic car museum on a commercial base. All exhibited car were for sale. More than 60% of the cars shown are consigned by private individuals. The museum collection had an emphasis on American classic cars.
The museum existed only a few years unfortunately.
