The last of the Colima images with its fabulous volcano and the sierra mountains. When I started processing this image, I thought the upper background was sky but it is the mountains. Mexico truly is a picturesque country.

I found this individual a half mile from our campsite the morning after our 10-mile hike to see the Colima Warbler at Boot Spring the previous day : )

3/11/10 A sign just outside the men's restroom at a Pemex Station. I mistakenly thought this sign was a request not to urinate on the grass. It actually means "Stay off the Lawn", or sod or grass. It was placed on a 5x10 foot pad of grass. There may be a problem with people loitering on this nice grass, I guess.
