After our Bus tour of the Port of Miami, we visited the Flagler Global Logistics Center Near NW Rosedale Drive and NW 67th Street, Hialeah, Miami, Florida. They Basically Flash Freeze and Fumigate Imported Produce. If I remember correctly, they said the temperature inside was near Minus 40 Degrees Fahrenheit. I believe that they Freeze the Produce with Liquid Nitrogen.
This Logistics Center was very hard to find on the Map, but it's quite close to the Florida East Coast Railway's Hialeah Railroad Yard Balloon Track. The address is: 3200 NW 67th Ave. Bld 1, Suite 1, Miami FL.

A photo from the archives, used as a test more or less. This chilly looking fella is my old pal Rocky. We had gone out on a photodrive last February. Before leaving I told him, "bundle up... its going to be a cold one". He didn't really bundle up and was freezing by this point of the evening. hahaha
So, I'm really just using this photo as a test. I applied a film emulation preset from Coldstorage called Kodak Kodachrome 64 Curve. Its made to emulate the look and feel of that type of film. It looked good, but this preset was created for Lightroom 2.0. Now that I'm using version 3.0 which includes a film grain slide bar, I wanted to give this preset a little more punch. So here is the preset with a bit of film grain added in. I think it looks fairly accurate.

Shot on the new PX70 Color Shade film, even with the dial set all the way to darken on my SX-70 it's still blown out and was very yellow. I need to experiment with this film. This is color corrected.
