Yet another abandoned cold storage facility in a small Western New York town. This one was fairly large. The property has been recently purchased. The owner's son plans to use the site to produce bio-diesel fuel. He's been purchasing used vegetable oil for sixty cents a gallon and wants to expand his enterprise.

Answer: A simple box trap baited with vending machine cookies.
