College of DuPage Black History Month Closing Ceremony 2018 25 by COD Newsroom

COD students, faculty and staff, as well as members of the community, gathered to celebrate African-American history and culture at the College’s Black History Month closing ceremony. The culmination of the College’s month-long celebration, the day featured a complimentary Caribbean-style lunch catered by Garifuna Flava, a performance featuring the Afrikan Dance and Music Institute and displays on African-American inventors.
