I want it, BADLY.
In cock fights, they cut off the rooster's crown and the wattle (the red floppy thing underneath their beak) because those hold the most blood. If those get injured or attacked, it would bleed a LOT and the rooster would die of blood loss. But in cock fighting, they don't want the roosters to die like that but in other ways... So they cut off them off when they're young.

Joe Cocker, ‘With a Little Help From My Friends’, 1968. Recorded only a year after the Beatle’s version, Joe made this his own. A big, slow, impassioned, Rock Pig version with guitar bursts and Hammond organ and Cocker’s rasping scream of a voice. Jimmy Page helped out on it. His performance of it at Woodstock in 1969 still sends a shiver up the spine.
