Ellipsidion spp. Feed on mould, fungus, pollen and honeydew. Never enter kitchens! Beautifully patterned to warn predators that it is not so tasty. I so rarely see cockroaches fly that I was completely taken by surprise when this one tired of being photographed and lumbered skyward.

We'd found some large legs and had been hoping they used to belong to a grasshopper. Not so much.
