Somewhere Between Sattahip and Jomtien, Thailand - While some do-gooders find cock fighting to be cruel to animals its really spectacular to see how well the fighting cocks are tended to. This guy was sponging the cock off and cleaning it from talon to wattle. These fighting roosters even get exercised and are treated as a member of the family.

COCK by Mike Bartlett is a theatre production presented by Buds Theatre Company and directed by Rayann Condy. It had shown at Singapore DRAMA CENTRE, BLACK BOX at 10 -12 MAY 2012.
My team and I had involved creating the projections mapping visual effects for the transitions during the play. The concept for the visual was based on the idea that the set reflects the john’s mind, the protagonist of the play, in the style of wire frame, with waves signifying the passing of time and explodes and implodes representing sexual activity and so on. All the visual effects are done by using open source software called Processing.

About the Breed
The merry and frolicsome Cocker Spaniel, with his big, dreamy eyes and impish personality, is one of the world's best-loved breeds. They were developed as hunting dogs, but Cockers gained their wide popularity as all-around companions. Those big, dark eyes; that sweet expression; those long, lush ears that practically demand to be touched'no wonder the Cocker spent years as America's most popular breed. The Cocker is the AKC's smallest sporting spaniel, standing about 14 to 15 inches. The coat comes in enough colors and patterns to please any taste. The well-balanced body is sturdy and solid, and these quick, durable gundogs move with a smooth, easy gait. Cockers are eager playmates for kids and are easily trained as companions and athletes. They are big enough to be sporty, but compact enough to be portable. A Cocker in full coat rewards extra grooming time by being the prettiest dog on the block. These energetic sporting dogs love playtime and brisk walks.
The weather was forecast to be pretty awful throughout the entire of the UK this weekend. Regardless of where we decided to visit we knew that there was greater than 90% chance of rain with a cloud base of 300-500m ASL. Pants!
For a change, we decided to head to my Dad's place in North West Cumbria.
Having been there before, I decided it'd be nice for me to take gemma to Crummock Water, famous for its leaping salmon in the autumn. After capturing a few shots at Crummock, we walked back to the car along the river Cocker.
Peter was our personal photographer at "Under Contstruction 2" -- a live sewing event put on by the lively miss velvet cream. This was a quick shot I took between the action. Peter sports his own customized hoody with his signature rooster theme. Dimples, dots & cocks are where it's at.

The losing cock in a cockfight is still useful as food. Here, a cock is boiled to remove the feathers before being taken home to be cooked.
