Rubbish shot but it's the only one I've ever got of a Cock pheasant I have put up (Didn't have time to zoom in)
I was doing a story on a local man who raised, breed and fought cock fighting chickens. This was prior to the general election where the Oklahoma sport was banned, making cockfighting illegal. To my knowledge it now is only legal in one state. So I feel this photo is a rare one since I'd be breaking the law if I were to photograph (or even witness) this now.
Dusky Sallow Moth (Eremobia ochroleuca). This quite distinctively-marked moth is mainly confined to the south-east of England and East Anglia, with scattered occurrences elsewhere up to Yorkshire.
It prefers dry, chalky or stony habitats as well as sand-dunes and shingle beaches, and flies in July and August, when it can be found feeding at various flowers, as well as being attracted to light.
The larvae feed on the flowering stems of various grasses, especially cock's foot (Dactylis glomerata).
