This is Cooper, my cockapoo. Today is day two of my 365 day project. It was an unpleasant day with cold weather and sleet, but we still went outside together. Despite the conditions, Cooper stayed curious and alert, standing strong in the forest. You will definitely be seeing Cooper many more times throughout this year as he becomes a regular part of this project.
Teddy - my dog walking mate managed to stay out of the mud on this dogwalk so caught a snap of him before returning him to his Mum and Dad
The oldest of the designer dog breeds, cockapoos are not a true breed but, rather, a cross between the American cocker spaniel and the poodle. This offspring of a purebred cocker spaniel and a purebred poodle is also known as a cockapoodle, cockerpoo and cock-a-poo. Cockapoos are bred more for temperament than for appearance, and they tend to inherit the sweet, loving and friendly natures common with both parent breeds. They are highly intelligent, easy to train.
