My expectations from this shot were somewhat unreasonable. I was hoping to make the fisherman collecting his bait more of a feature, I think i should have positioned my drone much closer to allow him to have more impact in the scene, nevertheless it was a pleasing result.
I deliberately left yours truly in the shot to add a little more context although i am sure most of you would have preferred it if i had cloned myself out.
43013 +43062 are on the final leg of the 1Q18 0543 Reading Triangle to Paignton via Penzance and Dawlish Warren and are seen passing an area known locally as Salcombe Dip on the outskirts of Teignmouth.
It was like the butterfly told me "now or never"... felt like it allowed me to capture the moment. Time did stop during that click and I do think I managed to achieve something unique with my old manual prime.

I started going to a photography class last week, and it's been really interesting. I have to admit that I almost always took photos in the automatic modes before, but I'm (probably) not going to do that anymore, now that I know a little bit more about what I'm doing! It's taking me ages to get used to all of the new things I'm learning, but hopefully my photography will improve eventually!

Took me an embarrassingly long while to work out the significance of this trademark / logo...
It's actually the decorative cover of a keyhole - one of two on a strongroom door, beneath the former branch of Barclays, in Bank Plain in Norwich.
This is my first click exactly a year ago after a instant technical training about Nikon D3200 @ Camera.lk
Happily celebrating 1st anniversary with my dearest Nikon D3200 :)
I went to my local park in hopes of getting a 'clicker fix' so when I spotted this young Gallinule posing I clicked away...:)
