... lots of it... His name is Shley (sp?) (rhymes with "Sleigh"), and he was working diligently on the church grounds we visited Monday, the 25th. I had some "Off" time later, and gave him and his boss Maurice a hand moving shattered concrete blocks. He was not using gloves, so I gave him the two pair that I had brought along just for that purpose.
Pond Cleanup

I drove through Lincoln Woods State Park at lunch today, looking for potential photo opportunities. This scene presented itself as I drove past the small runoff pond along the ring road. The two in the boat are summer workers in the park. Here they're clearing any trash that found its way into the pond.
Post processing started with a neutral filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
