If you have a weak stomach, look no further. I just dug these up from an old DVD and thought I should upload them for posterity. These aren't even the pictures from when I first bought the house. There were actual walls in this pit. Some of them covered with "marbled" glass tiles. This makes me look at my basement now in an entirely new light.
Cutting the concrete hurt my heart, because I love our sidewalk (dirty as it is right now..). But not cutting a straight line, and leaving a wavy scar hurts my OCD. It's perfectly functional, but it just bugs the hell out of me. Sigh..

Well, here I was, just taking down pics an such for the move, trying to make my room bigger/cleaner/organized for the pics on Monday..well, I take down a picture I did I made from nail polish, don't ask I was bored, and I turn it around. Nearly peed myself..x.o I hate spiders. And I don't even know if I killed the spider or if it died on its own...but its freaking creepy! D:
Here we can see cabling that is going through a standard crawlspace vent. The mesh that an earlier contractor put in place has been chewed through as it wasn't the appropriate gauge to prevent rodent access.
I wore these clothes today while I cleaned out my closet of all of the old, worn out and just plain nasty stuff that was filling it up.
These clothes also went in a Goodwill bag. I'll miss that shirt, but it was so shot. RIP old stuff.
