SET 3 – Horn Lake Target, October 2019 Tour
One final interior shot from this October 2019 tour, and we’re looking at the cleaning supplies department, which is the very last department one comes across if touring the perimeter walls in a counterclockwise fashion (as we’ve just done). Where the wall does that slight jog and the wavy green neon transitions to straight red neon is where the front end begins. As I’ve mentioned in the past, back in the day (when this store opened) this space would have been home to the store’s pantry section; cleaning supplies relocated here once the grocery department was expanded and moved over to the left-hand wall. I would’ve anticipated cleaning supplies to remain in this spot once the remodel is complete, but the current store map on Target’s website appears to suggest otherwise… hmm.
Behind me/to my right, unpictured, are the greeting cards aisles. I always liked browsing the selection of greeting cards at this Target, although nowadays I get most, if not all, of my cards directly from the Hallmark store in Ridgeland (might as well, since I have one!).

Estou mega apaixonada por esse azulzinho mais fofo! Vi um post de comparação na galeria da FabyTS e babei nesse esmalte. Realmente, é o q ela diz: O Clean é tudo o q o Marina (Impala) quis ser e não conseguiu. Não estou menosprezado o Marina, a cor é muito linda sim, mas a péssima cobertura me deixou bem desanimada.
Na perfumaria q fui tinham vários Passe Nati's (mas nada do Verde Chic... snif!) e os esmaltes da Eliana. Sei lá, não me animei em comprar nenhum. Achei as cores tão mais do mesmo. =/

Summer returned today. It was around 24C as I made my way up to the observation tower at Tornberget a couple of hours ago. The parts used for the new tower was flown up with the help of a helicopter last Spring. The municipality also cut down some trees along the path and left them where they fell.
A tidy preserved 1957 Daimler CVD6-30 (Gardner 6LW) (D217) at the Riverside Museum, Glasgow, alongside two Garelochhead Coaches (SPT) clean electric Optare Solos. D217 is owned by Glasgow City Council but it is stored at Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust's Bridgeton Garage. It was working circular tours between the Riverside Museum and the Botanic Gardens to mark 50 years since the trolleybuses where retired. A Glasgow Corporation trolleybus (FYS 988/TBS13) has been brought out of storage and is on display at the Riverside Museum to mark the anniversary.

When Thiess Services won the massive collection contract for the Gosford and Wyong council areas (Central Coast Council today), they went down an irregular path for bulk waste clean-ups. In general across the country it has been a 2 or 3 man job, manually loading junk in the back of a rear loader, with odd exceptions of mechanical assistance in some locations. Instead of what has been typical, Thiess went with the concept of a solo operation, acquiring a group of rear loaders consisting of Iveco cab chassis’ and Garwood bodies, but they also fitted Hiab grapple cranes. The idea was to have a single driver do bulky general and garden waste services alone, while eliminating manual handling by providing a hydraulic crane system to do all the heavy lifting and physical work. While great in concept, it worked out to be impractical and too slow of a process, so later on the company reverted to the common driver and offsider method of tackling this task. Still a different and cool idea anyway!
It seems like everybody who does stop motion does this one. I kinda understand why. Its a good one to start out with.
I really like this because it was my first stop motion. I think stop motion may be my new obsession! But I'm not doing another one until I get a remote.
