Cleaning my toothbrush in a natural mixture of baking soda, vinegar, and water. I couldn't resist those bubbles!

Despite a number of AX,EV & VG class buses being removed from front line services recently, some have found a new & crucial role in these exceptional times.
As part of additional cleaning, these buses are positioned at various outer & city centre termini & used as a base station of the enhanced cleaning of buses as they arrive at the terminus, provided by Momentum Support.
The photo shows Conyngham Road EV 53 tucked into Aston Quay & used as the base station seven days a week.
With its Patrick's Day March 17th bunting & flags still flying, this pub was closed in a hurry.
The solar powered " Big Belly " litter bins have all been wrapped in the standard "Covid-19 " flyer.
Finally, a sign of the quiet times, quite allot of the Dublin Bus fleet are devoid of adverts at the moment due to downturn in the economy, so a number of "social flyers " such as TV licence above are being used as fillers.
"Enhanced daily cleaning of our buses
Published on Wednesday, March 25, 2020
We have implemented an enhanced daily cleaning regime on our fleet in order to contain the potential spread of Coronavirus (COVID‐19). This includes the sanitising of frequently touched surfaces on board. We have also extended our cleaning regime to include inter-peak cleaning at depots and termini points throughout the city. This will ensure that buses are cleaned during the day and every night. We will carry out this enhanced cleaning regime for as long as necessary. "
YouTube video on the enhanced cleaning regime:
I usually like to do routine cleaning on both the Nikon and Leica after a few long days of use.
Here's what I use:
1) 2 Microfiber Cloths
2) Giottos Large Rocket Blower
3) 70% Isopropyl Alcohol
4) Nikon Lens Pen / Any Lens Pen
It`s been a while since I`ve had chance to clean the car but todays weather was ok so I decided to dig out the pressure washer and get all the grime off ! It`s due an 85,00 service shorty too before I have to hand it back in late August.
January 7, 2016. Another visit to the zoo (aka Costco) today. This is out back, which was the only place to find parking. It's full of mystery. Is this where they store plastic wrap or (as I assume) where they dispose of it for recycling? Why is there still snow on the lids - are they not recycling? Why is the lable missing from one of the containers?
Accomplishments
- new seat for the spin trainer
- some more Python badges on Codecademy
- reinstalling Windows from bare metal on the main computer (sigh)
And here is the Ebay lot fixed up all before Christmas.
With Allan I’m happy how bright his blue hair turned out since I sort of wanted him to look like Aoba from DMMD (an Anime character who’s also brown eyed and blue haired lol) and he looks great on the twinky EAH body lol.
Hair Fair Barbie is on a modified clone body wearing Life In The Dreamhouse Midge’s dress.
Fashion Queen Barbie’s dress is from dollsahoy that brings out her colouring well. Her lips were painted on top and a ribbon was placed on top of where her blue vinyl headband had disappeared from.
Bubblecut Barbie was scalped and cleaned. It’s really weird but her face looks much better without all that hair and I’m just going to wait until I have time to reroot her.
Malibu Barbie was swapped from her PTR amed body with chipped tan lines onto a Malibu Body with Mexico arms because I thought it looked far nicer lol. I’m not a big fan of Superstar faces but I can make exceptions lol.
Before I started wearing glasses I couldn't understand how anyone could see out of grubby glasses, then I had to wear glasses for reading! Okay, now I have to tell you that I'm a shocker when it comes to cleaning my specs and then I wonder why the world is cloudy?? They're clean now though :))

I have see a lot of very strange things over the years but this evening I walked into a Tesco supermarket to find a group of builders randomly drilling a hole in the floor. What I found even more unusual was that I was the only person who seemed to notice or find it a little unusual.
Good morning all my flickr friends. Today is another day off for me - how glorious - four days in a row. I am taking this opportunity to go through my contact list and do some cleaning. Sorry in advance if I delete someone inadvertently. I should have this all sorted out in the next few days.
Endless Oceans
2.5 million litres of water and 87 tonnes of salt make this display home to some of the most incredible animals in the sea. Watch out for the green sawfish, giant rays and a whole host of other sharks! Catch our dive show here at 2pm. It tells the amazing story of the world’s oceans
It's really simple to clean brick, just time consuming and your arms get tired since you are holding a 5 lb brick and hitting it with a hammer to remove the mortar. I finished the whole pile in about 4 hours, now I have enough to complete paving an area behind the garage...and a little extra!!
I took this image in Huntsville, AL., during a tour in/from the US Space & Rocket Centre (I think - looking at the site on GoogleEarth I note there appears to be no connection between the Centre and the adjacent Redstone Arsenal where I would expect such activities to take place). Regrettably I did not make a note of what was being constructed! - but it looks like it might have been a module for the International Space Station.
What I find fascinating about this shot is that everyone seems to be working in clean-room conditions - and yet here were us space tourists in our ordinary outdoor clothing, standing in an overview position inside the room (I don't remember anything like a screen or plexiglas wall between us and what you can see above, although there may have been...).
From a different angle of a shot I posted earlier in the week. Scanned from a negative.
