Museum Le Louvre queue for the Grande Pyramide, (architect Ieoh Ming Pei) Paris
I wanted to go into the Pyramid, but you had to queue up for hours, so I gave up...
The Temple of Echo, a Tuscan Pavilion, was designed by William Kent and constructed by the mason Townesend. It is alternatively known as the Townesend Building.
This is my first proper attempt at an HRD image. Best viewed on black.
Incidentally, Flickr appears to believe I took this image in January 1970. This would be a fairly impressive feat on a number of levels, not least because my birth was still some fourteen years away.
