I wasn't actually planning to release these for a while, but then I went and made the theme for Week 5 of @figbarf on instagram Classic LEGO Themes and I don't have the time or energy to make anything else this week honestly so here ya go! Pretty sure most of these heads are from pre-2000 LEGO, I could be wrong, but oh well! I've got a bunch more of these made, mostly with older flesh tones heads. I'll release them over the next few weeks/months.

in the peaceful corners of the dylan hotel, time pauses to let light and shadow dance. the corridor leads to a window framing the rooftops of amsterdam, where each tile whispers stories of the city’s rich history. outside, the world moves on, but here, there is a moment of stillness, where the interplay of light and architecture creates a serene harmony. it's as if the building itself breathes with the life of the city, offering a glimpse of amsterdam’s timeless charm through a window that seems to belong to another era.

Overduidelijk geïnspireerd op de legendarische Aston Martin DB5, gebaseerd op een Jaguar XKR. Ik was vrij verrast toen deze Brit een zijstraatje van de Champs-Élysées uit kwam rijden. Het Engelse David Brown Automotive was van plan er honderd te bouwen, maar of dat aantal al is bereikt durf ik niet te zeggen. De prijs is ruim zes (!) ton in euro's.

Clearly inspired by the legendary Aston Martin DB5, based on a Jaguar XKR. I was quite surprised when this British beauty came out of a side street from the Champs-Élysées. The English manufacturer David Brown Automotive was planning to build a hundred pieces, but if that number has already been reached, I dare not say. The price is more than six hundred thousand (!) euros.

K.A. Roos at Kulla Gunnarstorp in Helsingborg has made unique classic Swedish furniture already for 50 years. This is how the family company, which counts Scandinavian Royal Families as its customers, describes their products:
"As one would expect there is a high degree of handwork involved in the making of a K.A. Roos original. All the products are manufactured in Scandinavia by craftsmen who continue to preserve the tradition of Scandinavian furniture making. Each piece of furniture is individually made, using oldfashioned techniques. Cabinets are put together through dovetail joint. You have only to pull out a drawer to appreciate the authentic irregularity of the dovetailing used in its construction. When K.A. Roos talk about “handmade” we mean it in the old-fashioned sense of word.

We are proud to still be hand-making in Scandinavia using a workforce that is a mix between experience and youthful enthusiasm. We love the fact that we are keeping these traditional handcrafting skills alive in an age of mass production and uniformity.But most of all we are proud of the quality of workmanship and beauty of finish that we can achieve with our workforce. Timbers that are used are typical Scaninavian such as : birch , beech and pine."
