Again trying something different. Two plastic cocktail glasses with red and blue coloured water and bouncing one off the other. Using Miops Trigger in sound mode. Background is a projectior screen to enhance the glasses.

Rarely does it happen to be just next to the water and above the clouds at the same time. Few minutes of sunshine during the sunrise were the only ones we got that day. A little cloud that seemed to come straight from the ocean hid the sun for next 36 hours. More: www.kleptography.eu

Sometimes I know
I feel untouchable
Drowning in life
Caught up in the accessible
Back down the ground
I hear the sound
there's no escape
The concrete cloud
Spilling on me
I hear the sirens
From the back of me
Clash with reality
It rears it's ugly head
Clash with reality
The indescribable
It swells my hatred
Day by day...

"Hey ho, weigh anchor!"
Aye, the picture quality sucks - sorry 'bout that, me hearties. But I'm sure you get the idea, and I wanted to post it anyway (: A little colour can't kill ya', right? Special thanks to elka Lehane for helping a lost quasi-pirate-electro-princess in a time of need by making an eyepatch. Arr-arr!
The Clash, ‘Complete Control’, 1978. The Clash were a great ‘singles’ band with good cover sleeves. This ditty is a rant against the record company, the Man, obstacles in the way, the usual. It has my fave Strummer line; ‘You’re my geetar hero!’, snarled at Mick Jones. A tight fierce blast with classic Clash guitar sound and Topper’s propulsive drums kicking like thunder (recorded in one take, that’s how good he was). The cover is of a pink painted amp that the Clash used onstage. It didn’t work but looked cool. Little details make the difference. The only band that mattered, still…

COFFEE CLASH…
ALL IMAGES ARE BEST seen On Black, yours too!
We spent a few days in Holland and it was bitterly cold, so what better than to spend some time in a great place, in good company, having coffee, cake, oops cream and euhhh other extras? LOL
Live a lot, laugh a lot, life is serious enough already!
Thanks, M, (*_*)

lady Hummingbirds (Ana's & Rufous) are clashing.......
Goodness gracious I really need to stop taking pictures.
My camera could die any moment.
That shirt I'm wearing I got at JCpenny's, and luckily my Aunt sent us a gift card so it was "free", but it would've originally have been $30. That's crazy.
And it's really thin too!! But it is soft...
Grr.
Well- thank you gift cards :]

Another great day catching up with an old colleague.
Kevin and I try to always get out somewhere during the school holidays with our camera gear, and have a right all blether, discussion and lunch. Today we went to the College of Scalan on the Glenlivet Estate. The weather was cloudy, but the sun peeped out here at some ruins near the Clash of Scalan.

Elephant seals continue their endless battles for dominance. The true dominant alpha males have gone off hunting now up to the Aleutian Islands, and will be back to breed in winter/spring, the adult females have also left, but they hunt near Hawaii, so both sexes are thousands of miles apart. These are immature males left behind.
Today is day 362 of Project 365, 3 days to go.
Photographed October 2, 2020 at the Congress of Motorcars on the campus of the Gilmore Car Museum in rural Hickory Corners, Michigan. The show is held on October 2 and 3 and is for pre-World War II cars only. A little incongruity in this scene.

Finally ended it!
I'm pretty avid to start reading ASoS, but it will take so long to finish, and I don't have much time! :(
Hate when this happens...
Two Oriental Darters (Anhinga melanogaster) were fighting over their territory sharing with ruthless blows by necks, wings and armed legs. The dispute lasted for a fraction of second and everything happened so fast that I could not manage a better angle! The sharp talons were projecting out from the fingers of them and man what colossal sounds they make during a full fight! Pics was taken from Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India.
