Adding the flour to the milk/half and half mixture. Looks to be a cool stopped action shot.
I was amazed at the variety of clam chowder. I was also amazed at how many chunks I blew that night.

Holiday in USA starting in New York and visiting all states of New England as well as New York state.
I have this big can of clam from Sam's Club, which was bought in New York. It is fairly important to finish it as soon as possible now that three years almost passed. The recipe is coming from a tiny piece of paper that comes with the can. It is called "New England Clam Chowder".
