We meant to have this yesterday but Rachel was still under the weather with that dratted norovirus thing. So we had it today instead. Cod fillet fried in batter with frying-pan chips (and peas, not pictured). Urp.
Our Potato Chips can not only produce fries, potato chips but also fruit chips and Twisted Chips on stick, such as Chip Twister on hot dogs, apple chips and so on. This Chip Twister machine is a multifunctional chipstix potato maker with unique effectiveness and remarkable efficiency.
Not only did I bring a lot of chocolate from Peru, but also a very decent stash of chips.
This is not all of it. Long gone are my rocoto -very hot chili- flavored potato chips (we Peruvians love spicy food) and other crazy stuff alike.

My wife was working, so I had supper at El Zarape De Antonio. In addition to chips and salsa, I had chicken quesadillas.
My Generation Chip Farnsworth III was a doll I’ve really wanted off and on for the past few years cuz hey he was this Mod era inspired doll with side glancing eyes and I liked his face. But of course being Poppy Parker related his secondary prices remained in the triple digits.
Surprisingly I found him listed dressed in Ken doll clothes and listed well below the expected sale price. I put in a bid hoping that no one else would, and thankfully I guess the bad title and lack of description made sure no one saw him lol.
I was planning on rerooting him with red hair but I do actually like his hair in person, though sadly he’s missing a sideburn. Otherwise he’s in good condition.
I do wonder if he’s the Cream skin tone cuz it’s slightly lighter than my Japan toned dolls but it could be a difference due to the fact IT uses hand mixed colours for their dolls. And while he has the handspeak system I do wonder if his feet can be removed…

I needed a shot for the company Web site, and this windshield chip ended up bing the model for the windshield repair page.
I made some Kale chips for the first time today. Actually it was the first time ever trying Kale. They came out pretty good over all but I think I added just a bit to much salt. I don't usually ad much salt to anything.
I used 2 bunches of Kale. I tool the stems off them. wash them in cold water and then pat them dry. add some olive oil and rub each chip to make sure it has some, add a bit of salt
I cooked the first tray at 300 degrees for 15 minutes as called for but the rest of the trays I cooked at 250 degrees for 12 minutes and those seemed to give me better results. you basically just want them to be crispy.

This is a little holder I whipped up today for the MyLaps transponder chip used for racing in the NL. Now I can swap the chip between bikes in a few seconds... and the chip is held neatly behind the fork blade out of harm's way.
