Stone unearthed during the Main Fountain Garden construction was used to partially build the Chimes Tower and Waterfall in 1929. Water for the 50-foot man-made waterfall comes from a reservoir under the Eye of Water.
The 61-foot-tall Chimes Tower houses a 62-bell Carillon. The lower portion of the Tower is open daily and the upper portion and carillon are open after scheduled bell concerts.
When Chime wants to convey her poutiness, she hangs her head - literally. She lays somewhere where she can stretch her neck out, and let her head drop as far as it will go. This is not that far, so it means she's not in that bad of a mood.
Chime was being cute recently AND I happened to have the camera nearby AND she didn't do her "OMG, no papparazi, please!" thing.

The first of our small chimes taken with the digital camera. Despite changing the settings to focus on a specific point, the camera insisted on focusing on the background so that the chimes themselves are still 'fuzzy'. This is the best of the few pictures I took.
