Rarely do I get spooked while out taking photos but I decided to pack it in and head for the car after a mysterious noise startled me while taking this photo. It sounded like dragging chains - no joke. This shot was good enough.

From the abandoned Dixie Brewery in New Orleans. Sometimes these objects offer an unexpected reflection on the mood. Sirens were blaring outside. Are they coming for us? Were we spotted? Residual fear still flowing from a leaking pipe spraying water throughout the first floor. Is the electric still on?
