Garbage don't stink in the wintertime so it don't matter, plus it probly ought to biodegrade pretty quick in the brilliant sunlight.

The condo balcony-dwellers would be trashy if they were the ones that threw down the garbage, from off of their balconies.

Ha ha Minneapolitans like to feel such pride in the dainty cleanliness of their city, they keep their eyes closed for huge chunks of the year.

Downsized A-body (RWD) intermediate Malibu wagons came in standard trim and the Classic package for 1980, the latter adding a hood ornament, rocker panel moldings, added sound insulation and ashtray and glove box lights. The Classic was also smaller inside slightly than the base wagon (71.8 vs. 72.4 cubic feet in EPA cargo volume index).

This is a standard trim wagon. The 3.8 liter V6 (229) with 115 HP was standard, except for the 231 block standard in California at 110 HP. Standard Malibu wagons started at $5,778 ($80 more for V8) and Classic wagons $6,035 (plus $80 for V8). 30,794 Malibu wagons were built in the 1980 model year, plus another 35,730 with the Classic package.

It's snowing and I can't get out there to shoot today, so here's another fun one from my classic car shots.

1964 Chevy Malibu SS. This car is pure beast. Too bad the modern day version of it does not live up to its heritage.

The new (A-body RWD) Malibu was introduced for the 1978 model year and like Ford's new Fox platform Fairmont and Mercury Zephyr, were "new size" downsized intermediates with comparable interior room to their predecessors (the 1964-1977 Chevelle and Torino/LTD II respectively). The Malibu offered 4-door sedans, coupes and wagons. In addition to improved passenger room, cargo volume on sedans and coupes increased.

further proof that everyone wants to drive a cool muscle car....

Introduced for the 1997 model year, the midsize Malibu continued into 1998 with modest changes and unchanged for 1999. Base and LS models were available, the latter with a 3.1 liter V6 (as seen here).
