With rhubarb, grapefruit, and watercress ($21)

I found the cheek slightly overcooked for my liking, but this paired with the buerre blanc was super delicious. While beautiful, I wasn't sure how the grapefruit added to the dish.

...i sprinkled fresh spinach out there, but she likes the crunchy dead tree leaves.
