A atendente virtual "Frida" é um canal direto entre vÃtima de violência doméstica e a Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento à Mulher (Deam) da PolÃcia Civil. O atendimento é feito por um chatbot programado no WhatsApp, que acolhe a denúncia, esclarece dúvidas, faz uma avaliação preliminar do risco e aciona a polÃcia em situações de flagrante, inclusive enviando uma viatura (quando a vÃtima não consegue acionar o 190).
