Color-Change Garnet (Voi, Kenya). 1.49ct, 6.18x6.19x4.42mm. Simply Brilliant Square, Crown 2 (GarCC683) Blue under fluorescent light, red under incandescent. Very rare blue (violet) to red (purple) color change garnet. Voi produces several varieties of color change garnets. The most frequently seen are the classic brown to red variety. Blue to red like this are very difficult to obtain. They almost never occur clean. (You can see the inclusions near the bottom of the purplish red aspect image). A stone of this size is considered large for the variety, though I have seen larger in images.

I've changed more than I ever thought possible.
I'm no longer the person I was 6 months ago.
I'm completely new, and now I'm completely whole.
But being here alone after so much change is hard.
I have to learn how to be okay with not fitting in with any of my friends, and learn not to cry when no one is there to listen to my struggles.
It's a hard journey but it's so worth it. So worth knowing who I actually am. Who I was carefully and wonderfully made to be. And where I'm supposed to be.
Funny how life's perceptions change, 6 month's ago when I took this shot it was just another pretty tree among many. Today as I gaze out at another gloomy February day, it is a splash of beauty that shocked my senses as I browsed through past pictures trying to stir my emotions.
It shows me how quickly things can change in our lives. From joy to despair in an instant. Changes are inevitable, but you don't have to like them.

It has been said that the only constant in life is change. In the US, they even change the change.
Inconsistent approaches to the assessment of climate change and melting glaciers have produced different results and plans for action. Closer cooperation and coordination may help narrow the range of gaps and improve responses.
Различные подходы к оценке изменения климата и ледников дают разные результаты и планы действий. Более тесное сотрудничество и координация могут помочь сократить пробелы в знаниях и принять адекватные меры.

Looking back into Old Sacramento from the end of the Central Pacific Railroad Depot, this view hasn't changed much in 100+ years. The only difference now is much of this area has electricity.

Lately I feel like I have been going through some changes for the better. I am on the edge of being in control of my creative self. Also, my wardrobe is stuck in between summer and fall. Why fight change? I decided to just embrace it with a sweater and shorts
Thought I would do a change of pace and post some flowers before they wilt.
