Feliz Primavera para el hemisferio Sur!!
Happy first day of Spring for the South Hemisphere!!
And welcome Fall to the Northern Hemisphere!!
Y bienvenido el otoño en el hemisferio Norte.
Darss, Germany, 2019
From my point of view very characteristic scene of the baltic coastline in northern Germany. In that area, the sea is literally eating its way into the land. Some of that sand is then deposited at the northern tip of the Darss Pensinsula. Beautiful place in a constant change.

Sunk deep in the night
I sink in the night
Standing alone
Underneath the sky
I feel the chill of ice
On my face
I watch the hours go by
The hours go by
You sleep
Sleep in a safe bed
Curled and protected
Protected from sight
Under a safe roof
Deep in your house
Unaware of the changes at night
At night
I hear the darkness breathe
I sense the quiet and despair
Listen to the silence at night
Someone has to be there
Someone has to be there
Someone must be there
(The Cure - At Night)
These new beauties seem to change as they mature. It's not a getting old kind of change, but still healthy flower petals getting edges! Pretty!

Minolta Alpha 7 with Ilford Pan F Film. Scanned with dslr.
The Minolta Alpha 7 has an STF mode which shoots 7 shots on one frame changing the aperture and shutter speed for each to alter the look of the bokeh. I figured this could be interesting with moving subjects.
The change of the season from Summer to Autumn captured in woodland on the Parke estate near Bovey Tracey, Devon, UK.
Changes...turn and face the strange. Changes... There´s gonna have to be a different man. Time may change me, but I can´t trace time. David Bowie.

We found a cute little cafe for our cup of tea, called Changing Perceptions. Some info below, for those who are interested!
Changing Perceptions has quickly evolved from Godalming’s best kept secret to a popular and bustling Café and home interior shop. Located at the very top of the High Street this unique and vibrant social enterprise is just a stone’s throw away from the Meath. Meath clients are supported to up-cycle donated furniture in the on-site workshop which is then put on sale in the shop, with all profit going straight back to the charity. It is a very important part of the Meath’s philosophy to help dispel the stigma associated with epilepsy and to assist all of our clients to live alongside people from all walks of life, sharing similar experiences and hopes and dreams for the future.
This is my last photo from this trip, but don't worry, I have another couple of day trips to share!!
I took this shot on my way over Choonk Pass, Washington State, last week.

Changing colors were just starting on this rural Wisconsin road. I'll have to return in a couple of weeks.
The previous post of Burnett Falls was taken with a longer lens, while this one is with an extremely wide angle lens. The change in perspective causes the image to appear wildly different. Now a large waterfalls looks more like water draining from my bath tub faucet. Much of what we intend to say, depends on the story we are trying to tell.
Yesterday, it was "about" the waterfalls, the torrent of water created, and how it dominates its domain. Today, the narrative is "of" a waterfalls, and how it is a segment or member of the forest. Same place, same time, and yet so very different because the narrative changed.
Everything Must Change
Paul Young
And like a dream alive
A reason everything must change
Every
Everything
Everything must change
And like a world this earth and seasons
Everything must change
Everything
Everything must change
So, sometimes your priorities change.
I headed out with Monique on Sunday to shoot canola, but the more I was immersed in it, the more interest I lost in it...
It felt either very cluttered or almost too overbearing.
However, the purple Patterson’s Curse was really grabbing my attention as we scouted around, and this hill on the right just stood out for me.
So, as Monique patiently waited for me, I patiently waited and waited for the light on this entire scene.
As the clouds moved quickly overhead, the glow and dappled light on the land
was a landscape photographers dream come through.
I must admit tho, the clouds in the original image were terrible, as this was shot around 3pm, and they just didn’t play ball for me re definition, so I have changed the sky here, to give me the image I wanted.
The sky was shot in Sydney a few years ago.
Hope you like ‘Everything Must Change’
Cheers, Mike
Nights are colder now. Weather is changing fast. It´s lovely to watch the moves of nature.
If it was planned or not...it works for now and hopefully forever and ever.
If only human beings could be as perfect...

The Ardnamurchan landscape changes significantly as you drive from one end of the peninsula to the other. I think of it as in three sections. The first is from home via the coastal road, winding through the fringe of ancient Atlantic oakwood rainforest, along to Glenborrodale and Glenbeg, and then once facing the volcanic Ben Hiant, and skirting round Camas Nan Gaell, you are here at the start of the second section, cutting inland and upwards to get you round to Kilchoan. I love the scenery and looking out for deer and eagles on the way. The cows and sheep don't live in fields here. They just roam, wild

Popped into the Jackson Junge Gallery in Chicago recently, only to encounter a change of venue wedding. The young couple had been scheduled to have an outdoor wedding, but the weather had something to say about that. I did not notice the photo bombing until after I left. I think it actually adds to the photo. Take care everybody, B
