This cool product is by a company called Kano. As you can see, this is a tile + light. I think this has lots of potential for it's use.
It was daylight when this project started. Thinset holding down the seam tape of the Hardibacker cement boards. My kitchen floor is about to weigh about 1000 pounds more.
My husband makes these iron tables with tops to mosaic. I just happened to get him to make me one, in a break he had between making tables for others. I'm starting to think of designs for the top and once I've decided will make the ceramic tiles.
