Mysterious -- Very useful tool for use after a big New Year's dinner.

Dehydrated Jalapeno peppers. I put them in my chili or sometimes a few in my soup to add some warmth.

*Fractals are much more interesting to me if they have produced mathematically, not by graphic design, and this one too have been made in this way.

So relieved now that it worked and we got it assembled. Not for the faint-hearted. Phew!!!

Commissioned installation.

Better photo later.

Just installed and grabbed a few photos. Will photograph at night too.

I was going to apologise for yet another leaf shot today, but then I looked at the photos on my computer and got all excited. After my experiment to get icey leaves out the freezer failed, I was playing around, holding leaves up to the lamp. I thought at least I'll get some interesting colours... instead I get cells! You can see how the chlorophyll has broken down unevenly creating the autumn colours we know so well. For a complete biology lesson, go here.

One of my contacts, pixability, has done some interesting photoshopping of leaves in his microworld set. I can see where he got the idea from. It looks like an aerial photograph in some ways.

I'm being naughty today and hitchhiking off the back on a neighbour's wireless connection. Our router's on the blink again! So if I disappear, that's probably why.

P.S. This photo is nearly SOOC - I just cropped slivers of the sides and resized, no colour enhancement or sharpening.

Another pattern-post, this one less natural than the previous waterlily.

Out with Ectro testing out Dennis Calvert's circle machine style. Usually i can't do this, since i'm alone, but i convinced Ectro that we should try it out. The tunnel was so foggy from the temperature difference between the inside and outside that we had to use a air blower to keep the lens un-fogged each minute and a half or so. This was about the longest photo we could take at about a minute.
