Classically-trained cellist-turned-guitarist-turned-singer-songwriter Benjamin Hooper has had his share of the stage being the frontman of the now-defunct Paisley. Focusing his energy on a solo project, the past year has been a huge growth both personally and musically for Ben. The result is a new-found love for songwriting and unquenchable desire to connect with as many people as possible. Consisting of some of Australia's best players, Benjamin Hooper The Band kicks off the Natural Reaction Tour at The Globe Theatre, in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley. This refurbished retro venue has an awesome air-conditioned performance room with excellent acoustics that can only be found in a purpose-built building.
