It is reported that lack of sleep is an epidemic which has numerous negative impacts on health. There are many different factors that can contribute to this. Many exhausted people catch up on sleep while commuting. I'm always amazed when the suddenly wake up at their stop.

Not really. But standing on one only for awhile and then switched to the other. It was very cold that day. I guess if I was standing outside in my bare feet, I'd do the same.

Playing with my cellphone, turning it on and off out of sleep.

It's that time of year again. Major League Baseball has returned. Hopefully for us Toronto Blue Jays fans this season will be kinder than last. Actually, I hope it’s kinder than the last 20 years. It’s been that long since we last made the playoffs. Those were the days if you were a Jays’ fan. We won back-to-back World Series in 1992 and 1993. EVERY game was a sell out. NO empty seats. Over 50,000 per game…over 4 million fans per season. It was the hottest ticket in town. Then came the lockout of 1994, followed by the loss of our beloved Montreal Expos and then scandal after scandal of steroid use. After that…it was never the same.

Best of luck to the Jays and to all your respective ball teams.
