My sweet little boy. Took this one year just as the japanese maple's leaves were starting to turn. Man did the colors come out BRIGHT... I actually had to de-saturate the image.

Folkloric
- Bruised berries used as powerful rubefacient; used for sore throats. Also used as gargle.
- Externally, a strong rubefacient that acts gently with no danger of vesication.
- Arthritis and rheumatism: Crush fruit, mix with oil and apply on affected part.
- Dyspepsia and flatulence: Eaten as condiment or drank as infusion as a stimulant and antispasmodic.
- Infusion of the fruit is stimulant, stomachic and antispasmodic; used for dyspepsia and flatulence.
- Infusion preparation: 3-10 grains every 2 hours to a cup of boiling water.
- Toothache: Juice of the pepper pressed into the tooth cavity.
- Rheumatism: Poultice of cayenne applied over affected parts.
- Fomentation of leaves and fruits applied to rheumatic pains.
- Leaves of some varieties used for dressing wounds and sores.
- Strong infusion of fruit of hotter varieties applied as lotion for ringworm of the scalp.
- Used in typhus intermittent fevers and dropsy.
- Externally, used as rubefacient , and internally as stomachic.
- Chile vinegar, made from pouring hot vinegar upon the fruit, used as stomachic.
- Chillies, combined with cinchona, used for lethargic affections, atonic gout, dyspepsia with flatulence, tympanites and paralysis.
- As rubefacient, mixed with with 10 to 20% cotton-seed oil, applied as cataplasm or as liniment.
- Powder or tincture used for relaxed uvula.
- Used in typhus intermittent fevers, gout, dyspepsia, cholera.
- Ancient Mayans used it for treatment of coughs, sore throat and coughs.
- In Jamaica, used by traditional healers to treat diabetes mellitus.
- Aztecs used chile pungency for toothaches

Roemeense krachtpatser met een grote mond in de vieze drap, wat twee dagen ervoor viel als verse sneeuw. Combo met z'n andere grote broer, de Panamera. Hiermee duw je oude Lada's zo van de weg in de Oostbloklanden die hij moest doorkruisen om in Krakau te komen.

Romanian angry looking Cayenne Turbo with a big mouth, parked in the dirty drap that two days earlier was still fresh snow. Combo with his other big brother, the Panamera. With this thing you push old Lada's off the road in the Eastern bloc countries, which he had to cross to get to Kraków.

Porsche built the first generation of the Cayenne from 2002 until 2010. It was developed together with the Volkswagen Touareg. For Porsche an SUV was a totaly new kind of car. It proved to be a very succesful model.
I can clearly remember when this 2013 recolour of the Matchbox Porsche Cayenne came out. It was right in the middle of one of their worst ever periods for generics and horrendous colour schemes and liveries for what scant licensed stuff they were putting out. Such a realistic and stock looking machine shone out on the pegs like a sore thumb and reminded despondent collectors that there was still a bit of talent left at Matchbox. At one time these filled the pegs of Poundland where I was able to grab several and then completely disappeared!
Thanks to Mikaela for reminding me of what a great little casting this Porsche Cayenne Turbo is by sending me a recent charity shop rescue. In loose and preloved condition.
This very attractive matte finished Porsche Cayenne has been available here in the U.K. since 2013 and can still be found for just one pound in Morrisons and Poundworld. Rather brazenly they can now be found in Tesco stores for double that amount because they feature in the Majorette Premium range which basically means fancier packaging! This indeed is one of those Premium models and although I knew i'd get the same casting cheaper I had to get one. I'm glad to see Majorette have modelled the newer generation Cayenne and have made it as accurate as possible with a beautifully crisp casting, clear plastic headlamps and opening features. Mint and boxed.

Last saturday (25-11-2017) I have seen the very first 2018 Porsche Cayenne to arrive in the Netherlands! It was parked at 'Pon Porsche Import Leusden.'
