Originally debuting in the Best Of Germany series last year, the Matchbox Porsche Cayenne Turbo finally gets its first basic mainline release. Based on the current generation it probably looks its best so far in this gleaming metallic blue finish which makes it look slightly less truncated than the black one.
Plenty of neat front and rear detailing and well coordinated blacked out wheels.

The most beautiful generation of the Cayenne in my opinion.
Looks great with these wheels and in this color too!

Looking classy and purposeful in this sober metallic grey finish is this version of the Realtoy Porsche Cayenne picked up recently from Sainsbury's. Mint and boxed.
Solid and chunky looking Porsche Cayenne model by Realtoy nicely finished in metallic grey. A typically well detailed diecast for the money, this casting has been in production since around 2005 with barely a colour change!
Mint and boxed.

75P doesn't really get you much these days but a few weeks ago this tiny amount of money actually got you a Majorette Premium single! Thanks to Tesco and their very gradual removal of Majorette from their stores they now seem very eager to clear this brand before an expected Summer toy aisle reset. Sadly I didn't manage to grab any F-Type Jags or Evoques but I did get others including this second generation Porsche Cayenne which for its pocket money status really is one impressive little diecast. Finished in a very smart looking matte dark grey colour it looks everything a Matchbox should but rarely does these days with opening features, a working suspension and clear plastic lights. Toys R Us must still be oblivious to whats going on at Tesco as they still charge 2.50 for exactly the same model! Mint and boxed.
A suitably restrained non bling wheeled Realtoy Porsche Cayenne from around 2005 when this casting was first introduced. Lots of nice detailing for a budget diecast. Part of a 14 vehicle set. Mint and boxed.
I have lots of peppers on the plant, I will have to vacuum pack them and freeze them and bring some to the office.
There seems to be another change in Tescos Realtoy based Mini Series with even more new colours available. Sadly and probably due to cost cutting, a lot of these new colour variations are flat non metallic ones. This Porsche Cayenne previously has been seen in a deep pearlescent white but this new white is just that! Flat white! LOL. Still a decent licensed model which is still noticeably cheaper than an equivalent Mattel product. Mint and boxed.
