Spiderwebs can be amazingly strong, as evidenced by this web's capture of multiple drops of water. Seen on garden debris.

heathrow airport assured me that the scanners wouldn't harm my exposed film, but I believe they did, a bit. sigh.

A wood seller dude catching up to his load. Multan, Pakistan.
He was chatting to a mate (off frame, right) and is now running to catch up to his bull-cart. I was surprised that the bullock just kept on going. Initiative in a beast?!!!
He caught up and we had a brief chat. He's taking his load of lumber that he's just cut into town so he can sell it for about US$1.50 per stump.
When the sky is blue, and nothing particular is happening during the sunrise, I take my telephoto lens and wait in case something interesting would develop after all. That morning the wind was almost nonexistent, and trees were not moving, making it easy to capture their shapes, catching the first rays of light.

WAG set heading home through Rhyl, 23 June 2016.
June and July are always the best months for catching the WAG for a half decent pic. Come August 1st and it's rapidly heading down the pan...
The Lake Huron beach scene and sky -- not the fisherman on the right, in up to nearly his waist -- were the subject of this photo when I snapped it, but the fisherman added some further interest; whether or not he caught any fish, he had a beautiful place to spend the evening. This is from my archives, taken eight years ago, but just re-edited in Lightroom. I continue to spend most of my photography time organizing my digital photos in Lightroom; all have been imported, and I've made a lot of headway in getting keywords, captions, and locations added, but the task will not be completed anytime soon (if ever). Perhaps fortunately, from this standpoint, we were stuck in a gloomy weather spell for several days, and this week I've been bothered by very sore feet (much better today, Friday), so I haven't been adding to my photo backlog. The location of this image is south of Tawas City, Michigan, near the Singing Bridge public access area.
