I started a little solo trip to one of Germany's most unique areas.
This was literally seconds before I stood in the middle of a hailstorm 😅
Perfect timing as a flick of the wrist and a quick tug ensures the direction you need to land your fly then retrieve backwards toward you...good luck to you young man !

This spot is frequently one of my first stops on a photowalk. I like the way the the field dips slightly and rises to to the horizon. The trees in the middle of the field have a sense of isolation, and I've always wondered why they have remained to plant around.
A quick search says that perhaps they were left to provide shade relief from the sun. So, a remnant from the past. A tree that was left to shade the generations of farmers that preceded our generation of air-conditioned cabs. It would probably be bad karma to cut it down.
Going through some photos from a trip a few years ago to Saguaro National Park. I was really Lucky to capture some nice sunrises. Here the first rays of sun burst across the desert floor.

We then headed over to walk in the esplanade along the Charles . It was another glorious day and many people were casting off to go sailing on the river.
I can't resist a food shadow, especially the outlined shadows of gates or railings. The sun is far too low in the sky in the winter months to create many, but with us slowly moving into spring now, I am starting to see them appear more on my morning walk to work. This one was a rounded set of iron railings on top of a low, stone garden wall, casting these shadows onto the adjacent road, so I grabbed a quick snap on the stroll to work
This is one of my products for The Fantasy Collective, with a little hoodoo charm to it (fantasy), you might not want to miss it :D

I can't really take any credit for decorating it. Except for one book I added to the mantle, the Halloween-Witch Cabin house by Boudoir house came fully furnished and decorated. That red stool in front of the fireplace has the spellcasting stand as one of a few sits. There are four other sits scattered around the house. And the floating books are part of the decoration.
I did add to myself Electric Hands by Elemental and the standing Witch's Brew Spellbook by Suki Syakumi was my total contribution.
I am hoping this will be the opening scene in my next video so I took it in OBS too. We'll see how it goes. I start about 5x more videos than I finish. I had to pick up several of my sets I had created for prior videos as we needed the primcount for Halloween Island. I wish I was like Roger Corman, able to make a complete movie in a weekend. Now that I'm editing, he amazes me. I don't know how he did it.
