I shot some of these for a "Cases" theme a while back but they never got posted. I figured I'd give them another try. For the Macro Mondays group, theme, "Stack". The stack measured approximately 1.25 inches tall. Just the morning sun for lighting.

The village of Guimerà, in western Catalonia, it's a hidden gem, located between it's castle and the river Corb. It's streets are a tight packed fabric of narrow and steep lanes, with austere stone houses.

Saltburn-by-the-Sea, comunemente indicato come Saltburn, è una località balneare a Redcar e Cleveland, North Yorkshire, Inghilterra. Old Saltburn è l'insediamento originale. Le notizie sulle sue origini sono scarse, ma era un centro di contrabbandieri. Nel 1856 il borgo era costituito dalla Ship Inn e da una schiera di case, occupate da contadini e pescatori. Saltburn-by-the-Sea, commonly referred to as Saltburn, is a seaside town in Redcar and Cleveland, North Yorkshire, England. Old Saltburn is the original settlement. Records are scarce on its origins, but it was a centre for smugglers. In 1856, the hamlet consisted of the Ship Inn and a row of houses, occupied by farmers and fishermen. Saltburn's attractions include the only pleasure pier on the whole of the Northeast and Yorkshire coast and the Saltburn Cliff Lift. This is one of the world's oldest water-powered funiculars. After the opening of Saltburn Pier in 1869, it was concluded that the steep cliff walk was deterring people from walking from the town to the pier. The cliff tramway opened in 1884 and provided transport between the pier and the town.
An old Case tractor located at the Iron Creek Museum, in Lougheed, Alberta. It even has the crank to start the engine. Couldn't image having to do that.
Most of the old warehouses along the River Trent in Newark have either been demolished or, as in this case, been developed into businesses and offices with many becoming desirable riverside apartments.

El Casal Camprodoní va néixer el 1892, a l’època de la Revolució Industrial, com un espai de trobada de la burgesia de Barcelona que anava a Camprodon a passar els caps de setmana i les vacances. Es va crear amb el nom de Casal Camprodoní.
Quan els propietaris van cedir l’edifici a la ciutat, es va convertir en un centre d’activitats culturals: grups de teatre, corals, equips de futbol, etc. En l’actualitat encara es fan diverses activitats culturals com la projecció de pel.lícules i representació d’obres de teatre.
A l’actualitat és la cafeteria més activa i l’únic cinema actiu tots els dissabtes I diumenges.

Camprodonian House was born in 1892, at the time of the Industrial Revolution, as a meeting place for the bourgeoisie of Barcelona who went to Camprodon to spend weekends and holidays. It was created under the name Casal Camprodoní.
When the owners ceded the building to the city, it became a center of cultural activities: theater groups, choirs, football teams, etc. Various cultural activities are still held today, such as cinema ilm screenings and plays.
It is currently the busiest café and that there is only cinema in Camprodon and is open every Saturday and Sunday.

El Casal de Camprodon nació el año 1892, en la época de la Revolución Industrial, como un espacio de encuentro de la burguesía de Barcelona que iba a Camprodon a pasar los fines de semana y las vacaciones. Se creó con el nombre de Casal Camprodoní.
Cuando los propietarios cedieron el edificio a la ciudad, se convirtió en un centro de actividades culturales: grupos de teatro, corales, equipos de fútbol, etc. En la actualidad todavía se realizan diversas actividades culturales como el cinema y teatro.
En la actualidad es la cafetería más activa de Camprodon. Camprodon tiene sólo un cine y es el del Casal Camprodoní que está activo todos los sábados y domingos del año.
Tre case isolate di pescatori nel Parco Hardangervidda Hardangervidda è un altopiano montuoso nella Norvegia centro-meridionale, che copre parti delle contee di Vestland, Telemark e Buskerud. È il più grande altopiano del suo genere in Europa, con un clima alpino freddo tutto l'anno e qui si trova uno dei ghiacciai più grandi della Norvegia, l'Hardangerjøkulen.

The children were excited to find this Case Moth attached to a Gum tree in one of our local parks. The cocoon is made of silk and small sticks.
Ooooh. At least I woke! But with a headache and a sweaty fever again. I'm waiting for things to get better. Think I have some way to go according to this:
What are the stages and symptoms of COVID-19?
Day 1: The symptoms usually start with a fever, a dry cough and mild breathing issues which may get worse over the next week. You also may have symptoms of a sore throat, coughing up mucus, diarrhea, nausea, body aches and joint pain.
Day 7: Breathing may become difficult or laboured. This is called dyspnoea.
Day 9: Sepsis may start, this is the body's extreme response to an infection that can lead to organ failure or injury.
Day 10-12: People who have mild COVID-19 start to have an improvement in their fever and cough, but in serious cases their fever and cough continues.
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) starts to be diagnosed, this is a respiratory problem when there is widespread inflammation in the lungs.
Day 12: This is the median day to be admitted into the intensive care unit (ICU).
Day 15: Acute kidney and cardiac injury becomes evident.
Day 18.5: The median time it takes from the first symptoms of COVID-19 to death is 18.5 days.
Day 22: This is the median amount of days it takes for COVID-19 survivors to be released from hospital
Not sure what day I'm on. Only got a first positive test result yesterday
