Routine done so today was fun day

Spin / Revolutions session at the CLM gym in Masterton.

Spinning is a cardio (aerobic) workout set to music and led by a certified instructor. Most classes last between 40 and 60 minutes and is great for everyone who wants a motivating workout. Yes! I'm on a bike also, trying to spin and take photos at the same time!
