Since 2019, CIFOR-ICRAF and partners have conducted research to tackle challenges in sustainable palm oil, coffee, and wildlife trade in Indonesia under the TRADE Hub. Led by UNEP WCMC and supported by UKRI GCRF, this research concludes in March 2024. The TRADE Hub team in Indonesia has produced scientific publications, guidelines, and an Android game. They've also conducted action research with CIFOR facilitating oil palm smallholders and WCS with coffee smallholders. Further studies by the University of Indonesia and IPB University have contributed to sustainable financing and capacity building. The closing event aims to disseminate key results and foster discussions on landscape approaches in supporting sustainable trade. Learn more at cifor.org/tradehub.
