Another fabulous idea Hillary had was to do a candy "bar" with little serve yourself bags instead of table favors. That way everyone got exactly what they wanted! Genius!

People often wonder how I work in a tiny space. My room is practically stuffed with cute shit, I barely have space to walk and my cat Dusty has barely any space to sleep. Well this is how it is when I'm churning out cute, colourful art and toys every night as I retreat into my candy sanctuary. Small and cramped as it maybe but I love it. Everyday, every moment, when I'm making candy art, I am at my happiest. :)
These used to be made in Chicago but the plant closed and manufacturing moved to Mexico when NAFTA was approved.

This week I missed my lightning eqipment to capture a candy for macro monday. I found a place in the nearby park and used the bright sunlight for my photograph. It´s a small sugar candy which was so sticky that I could not release it from the silver shining package. (03662)
