This is part of my series on my cancer experience. The pills and needles were collected over 10 years since I was too sick to do any thing with them at the time I thought I'd hold on to them and make art with it later.

This is a huge milestone for Pearl as she was diagnosed with cancer at age 13. Thanks to modern medicine and chemo therapy, she has been in remission and living proof that cancer is not always a death sentence.
